I’m an active participant in the Alternative Dispute Resolution program of the Northern District of California and I’ve acted as a judge pro tem in Alameda and Santa Clara Counties. I’ve successfully mediated police misconduct, employment discrimination, disability access and business disputes. My experience as a plaintiff’s and as a defendant’s counsel allows me to speak effectively to both sides to dispute and bring a dispute to resolution.
